Autologous Fibrin Glue (AFG) comes from centrifuge blood. When the AFG is mixed with bone particles it becomes sticky bone that can be added to bone denuded areas such as maxillary sinus and exposed roots of chronic periodontitis teeth. It allows the bone particles to behave like a membrane sticky together around the exposed roots of the teeth.
